Mr. Muñiz Cotté joined FTMR as an associate attorney on October 2006. He obtained a BA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus (2001) and obtained his juris doctor and a Master in Business Administration BA in finance under the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2006) joint JD/MBA program, making the National Dean's List and participated in the study abroad program pursuant to which he studied European Corporate Law and Legal Aspects of the European Unions Institutions.

Prior to joining FTMR as a law clerk on January 2006, Mr. Muñiz Cotté worked as a private accountant and as a law clerk at various metro area law firms. His principal areas of practice include corporate and tax law. Mr. Muñiz-Cotté is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
