Was a founding member of FTMR and former Chairman of its Executive Committee. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Law School. Mr. Ferraiuoli had more than thirty years of experience in  civil and commercial litigation. He began his career as a trial attorney in the Puerto Rico Department of Justice and then was defense counsel for insurance companies before opening his private  practice.

Mr. Ferraiuoli was a seasoned corporate lawyer and negotiator who acted as lead counsel on many important public and private lending and acquisition transactions. Prior to founding FTMR, Mr. Ferraiuoli was a senior partner and Department Head at Goldman Antonetti Ferraiuoli & Axtmayer and at Ferraiuoli & Axtmayer.

Mr. Ferraiuoli had experience in negotiating and securing commercial, construction, and real estate loans. In turn, he represented several banks and financial institutions such as Banco de Crédito y Ahorro, Ponce Federal Bank, First  Bank, Doral Bank and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. In addition, Mr. Ferraiuoli had ample experience in civil and commercial litigation and health and hospital law, both on federal and local courts. Mr. Ferraiuoli was a recognized business leader in Puerto Rico. He served in the Board of Directors of several private and public corporations.

Mr. Ferraiuoli was admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He was a Notary Public and founding member of the Notaries Association of Puerto Rico. Mr. Ferraiuoli concentrated his practice on civil federal and local litigation, corporate law and real estate law.
