EMPLOYMENT LAW
The partners of the firm’s Employment Law practice are accomplished lawyers in their respective fields, representing both employers and individuals in traditional workplace claims such as sexual harassment, race, age and disability discrimination, wage payment and collection, family and medical leave and discharge and termination.
It is our firm’s primary goal to counsel clients in making savvy employment-related decisions so as to reduce the risks of litigation and resolve disputes in a cost effective way. And with that in mind, FTMR assists clients in such essential tasks as developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures that comply with state and federal laws, outlining job descriptions, employee handbooks and applications, and developing an array of employment agreements customized to our client’s particular needs. Additional services include sexual harassment prevention and training, developing employee relations programs, and specialized employment seminars to human resources managers.
